Transformative 3-Night Women’s Retreat at Goldberry Woods
Nestled along the serene shores of the Galien River and just a mile from Lake Michigan, Goldberry Woods in Union Pier, Michigan, is a stunning modern farm resort. With an organic farm, heated pool, hot tub, and acres of picturesque hiking trails, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with yourself and nature.
Over the weekend, immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, breath and sound healing, and transformative energy work and insightful contemplation and exploration.
Dr. Amy Robbins will lead reflective discussions throughout the weekend centered around the theme of holding on and letting go, exploring what it means to be a woman at the “middle” stage of life and how to navigate the balance between embracing and releasing. Kelly Moore will guide yoga sessions that help you ground, feel, and embody the wholeness of your being—inviting you to hold on to what nurtures you and let go of what no longer serves.
We’re grateful to have Elizabeth Nuti joining us to lead Transformational Breath & Sound Healing—a powerful practice that supports release and renewal—and Dr. Sandra Subotich to facilitate Energetic Healing sessions that encourage you to let go of energetic blocks and welcome new possibilities. Additionally, Pierre DeBar will be on-site to provide massages for those interested in deepening their relaxation and integration.
This will be an immersive weekend inviting you to show up fully, for yourself and connect with a supportive group of women.
